Helena is a Brazilian jiu jitsu brown belt & has already established herself as one of the most dominating female grapplers in the world.
At just 18 years old, Helena is the youngest athlete to medal at the ADCC World Championships, after winning West Coast Trials and has gained an impressed record of victories on the grappling circuit so far. Notable wins include 6 IBJJF World titles, 3 WNO titles, 3 UFC FPI wins & 3 Polaris victories.
