Helena is a Brazilian jiu jitsu black belt & one of the most dominating female athletes in the world, at both gi & no gi.
At just 18 years old, Helena has already gained an extensive amount of victories, notably as a 7x World Champion, 4x WNO Champion, 3x UFC FPI Champion, plus many more. Helena has also medaled at the ADCC World Championships after winning West Coast Trials, making her the youngest athlete to medal at this prestigious event.
