Helena is a Brazilian jiu jitsu black belt & one of the most dominating female athletes in the world, at both gi & no gi.
Helena has made history as the youngest gold medalist ever at the ADCC World Championships, taking gold in the 2026 event, with a 100% submission rate.
Helena has also gained an extensive amount of victories on the jiu jitsu circuit, notably as a 8X World Champion, 5X WNO Champion, 3x UFC FPI Champion, plus many more.
